Wild Blue Morris tunes

The abc and PDF files linked below contain tunes that are or might be used for Wild Blue Morris dances. Many of them in fact are not in use and probably will never be, but are there in case we decide to use them.

The sources of these tunes are:

(“Evesham” apparently isn’t a collected Ilmington dance — it’s an Ilmington-ized version of a border morris dance — and it’s not mentioned on the Ring’s Ilmington page, but the tune is in the Morris Ring’s abc file.)

Some of the tunes have been transposed into possibly more melodeon-friendly keys, although that of course is subjective and in some cases the choice was based on just a very quick try-out. WBM musicians reserve the right to play them in other keys! Note also that a couple of tunes seem fairly melodeon-hostile no matter what key they’re in.
